The Northern Triangle consists of the 3 major nations of Northeast Asia: Japan, Korea and China – each with their own unique culture and cuisine.  This meal will incorporate flavor influences from each of those cultures along with unique tastes from our home islands of Hawaii.  This will be a full meal with dessert and drink included.

Ribeye Bulgogi Beef | The highest quality steak, sliced thin, bathed in soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and pepper then grilled with onions to a tender-crisp finish.

 

Korean Fried Chicken | Redneck Ronin signature dish, marinated with flavors of shoyu, ginger, garlic and green onion, fried golden-brown and delicious.

 

Chinese Chicken Salad | Colorful melange of fresh, crisp lettuce, carrots, celery, sweet bean sprouts, green onion and chicken breast tossed in a sweet-sour vinaigrette, topped with crunchy wonton strips.

 

Hawaiian Mac Salad | There's just something about this cool and creamy basic you'd be likely to find at any Hawaii party, picnic or plate lunch place - it's the perfect foil for all our savory Redneck Ronin entrees.

 

Japanese Steamed Rice | Medium grain premium rice, cooked Japanese-style to a fluffy, stick-together finish.
